Step 1: Layout & Planning
- Measure the installation area and establish reference lines before setting tile.
- Dry-lay the 4×12 tiles to review the Pearl color, polished finish, pattern, and overall visual balance.
- Plan the layout to minimize narrow cuts and maintain alignment at walls, corners, openings, and transitions.
- Use tiles from multiple boxes as appropriate to distribute any natural variation in appearance throughout the installation.
Step 2: Tile Installation
- Prepare a clean, dry, flat, stable, and structurally sound substrate suitable for porcelain tile installation.
- Correct cracks, uneven areas, contamination, or other substrate conditions that could interfere with adhesion before beginning work.
