Step 1: Layout & Planning
- Confirm the substrate is clean, dry, structurally sound, and flat within industry tolerances suitable for 12×24 tile.
- Dry-lay to plan layout, center the pattern, and avoid small perimeter cuts.
- Blend tiles from multiple boxes to evenly distribute shade/pattern variation.
