Step 1: Layout & Planning
- Verify the substrate is clean, dry, structurally sound, and flat within tolerances for the selected tile size.
- Plan the layout by dry‑fitting tiles and centering the design to minimize small perimeter cuts.
- Blend tiles from multiple boxes to evenly distribute any shade or pattern variation.
- Use spacers appropriate for rectified tile and include movement joints per TCNA EJ171.
Step 2: Tile Installation
