Installation Guide – Milas White Chair Rail Trim (2"x12" Honed)
Step 1: Surface Preparation – Ready the Base
- Ensure the wall surface is dry, clean, and free of dust or contaminants.
- Mark a level horizontal guideline where the trim will be installed (usually atop wainscot or tile borders).
- Install all adjacent field tile prior to placing the chair rail.
Step 2: Dry Layout – Align and Preview

- Use a wet saw with a fine diamond blade to trim pieces or create mitered corners as needed.
Step 3: Adhesive Application – Secure the Trim
