Sublime 2.0 Gris 12×24 Ceramic Tile Brillo Pressed
Sleek and luminous, the Sublime 2.0 Gris 12×24 ceramic tile features a cool gray tone paired with a high‑gloss Brillo surface that amplifies light and crisp detail on vertical surfaces. The 12×24 format helps reduce grout lines for a refined, contemporary look across bath, kitchen, and living spaces.
Built on a durable ceramic body with a 3/8 in (approx. 9mm) thickness and pressed edges, this tile offers easy care and reliable performance. Frost resistance broadens design options to exterior wall facades in freeze–thaw climates. Each box covers 15.5 sq. ft. (8 pieces), streamlining planning and takeoffs.
Use it as a clean canvas on its own or coordinate with complementary materials to create focal walls, backsplashes, and shower surrounds with striking clarity and shine.

Installation Guide – Sublime 2.0 Gris 12×24 Ceramic Tile Brillo Pressed
Important Advisory
Always follow the tile manufacturer’s instructions, local building codes, and recognized industry standards (ANSI A108/A118 and TCNA guidelines). Ensure proper substrate preparation, movement accommodation, and waterproofing/drainage where required.
Step 1: Layout & Planning
- Confirm the substrate is clean, dry, sound, and flat within tolerances appropriate for 12×24 tile.
- Plan the layout by dry‑fitting tiles and centering the design to avoid small perimeter cuts.
- Blend tiles from multiple boxes to distribute shade variation evenly.
- Select a grout joint consistent with pressed‑edge tile and include movement joints per TCNA EJ171.
Step 2: Tile Installation
- Use a polymer‑modified thin‑set mortar suitable for ceramic tile and the project conditions (interior/exterior wall, wet areas).
- Key mortar into the substrate, then comb with a suitable notched trowel; back‑butter larger tiles as needed to improve contact.
- Set tiles with a slight back‑and‑forth motion to collapse ridges and achieve required coverage (typically 80–95%, depending on area).
- Use a leveling system if needed to help control lippage on planks and larger formats.
- Allow mortar to cure per manufacturer guidance before grouting or subjecting to light use.
Step 3: Cutting
- Cut with a wet saw equipped with a quality diamond blade rated for ceramic tile.
- Measure and mark carefully; support the tile fully during cuts to minimize chipping.
- Lightly ease sharp cut edges where they will be exposed.
Step 4: Joint Filling
- Choose a grout appropriate for ceramic tile and the selected joint width; follow the grout manufacturer’s instructions.
- Pack joints fully with a rubber float; clean diagonally and remove haze promptly with clean water.
- Use appropriate sealant at movement joints and changes of plane; do not grout these areas.
- Protect the installation from traffic or cleaning until grout has cured.
Step 5: Cleaning & Maintenance
- Clean routinely with a pH‑neutral cleaner suitable for ceramic tile; avoid acids, bleach, or harsh abrasives.
- Use soft pads or microfiber cloths—avoid abrasive scrubbers that could dull the high‑gloss surface.
- Place entry mats and use furniture glides where appropriate to reduce grit and surface wear.
- Follow grout manufacturer maintenance guidance; reseal cementitious grout if recommended.
