At Stone & Design Market USA LLC, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

• Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and materials.

• Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.

• Customized, special orders, or clearance items are final sale and non-returnable.

Return Method & Shipping Costs

• Returns must be sent by mail.

• A return label is included in the package; however, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount.

• For returns due to product defects or shipping damage, return shipping costs will be covered by Stone & Design Market USA LLC.

Restocking Fee

• A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items.

• This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Refund Processing Time

• Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the returned items.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return Denial

• Returns will not be accepted if the product has been installed, altered, or used.

• Items damaged due to improper handling or poor packaging during return transit are not eligible for a refund.

• Return requests made after the 30-day window will not be accepted.

Damaged Shipments

• All shipments must be inspected immediately upon delivery.

• Any damage or shortage must be reported within 7 days, with photos and documentation.

Stone & Design Market USA LLC reserves the right to inspect returned products and to refuse a refund if the returned products do not meet the above conditions.
