Return & Refund Policy
At Stone Market USA, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. While we work hard to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary.
Return Eligibility
- Returns can be requested within 30 calendar days from the delivery date to ensure timely processing.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all included materials.
- Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items.
- Custom-made, special order, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Method & Shipping Costs
- Returns are shipped via mail, using the return label included in your package.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (deducted from your refund), and you can benefit from our discounted carrier rates.
- If your return is due to a defect or shipping damage, we will cover the return shipping cost in full.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns (excluding damaged or defective items). This helps cover inspection, repackaging, and inventory handling costs.
Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving and inspecting your return.
- All refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Products that have been used, installed, or modified.
- Items that arrive damaged due to improper packaging during the return shipment.
- Requests made after 30 days from delivery.
Damaged Shipments
- Please inspect your shipment upon delivery.
- Any damage or shortage must be reported within 7 days with photo documentation.
