Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
- Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and materials.
- Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
- Customized, special orders, or clearance items are final sale and non-returnable.
Return Method
- Returns must be sent by mail.
- A return label is included in the package. You are responsible for shipping the item back.
Restocking Fee
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
- This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the returned items.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Return Denial
- Returns will not be accepted if the product has been installed, altered, or used.

Damaged Shipments
- All shipments must be inspected immediately upon delivery.
