Most in-stock items ship from our U.S. warehouse within 2–5 business days. Transit times vary by destination and carrier. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on the product and shipping method.
Additional charges may apply for shipping to AK, HI, PR, U.S. Virgin Islands, military bases, and hard-to-reach areas (including locations accessible only by ferry). If additional carrier charges apply, we will contact you for approval before shipment.
Large orders or delicate/heavy material may ship via freight (LTL). The freight company may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Freight deliveries are typically curbside delivery only.
We may accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Please read the following carefully.
Important: Natural stone has inherent variation in color, veining, and texture. These characteristics are not considered defects. We recommend dry-laying and inspecting all material prior to installation. Installation signifies acceptance and voids all claims and returns.
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. Any visible damage, shortage, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery with photo documentation. Do not install damaged material.
Keep all original packaging and pallet/crate materials until the claim is resolved. If a claim is approved, we may offer replacement, store credit, or refund for the affected material at our discretion. Labor, installation, removal, and project delay costs are not covered.
